Terms and Conditions
1. Food and Beverages
Tag Arenas City reserves the right to be the exclusive provider of all food and beverages on its premises. For events held offsite, alternative arrangements may be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited without prior approval.
2. Event Planning
Final details, including menu selection, setup requirements, and any other event specifics, must be submitted no later than five (5) days before the event date. This ensures sufficient time for delivery and preparation. Late submissions may lead to complications or additional charges.
3. Booking Time
- Arena and party room rentals are strictly limited to the booked time slots.
- Guests must vacate the premises promptly to make way for the next group.
- If guests arrive late causing a delayed start, lost time will not be refunded or extended.
4. Attendance Guarantee
- The guaranteed number of attendees must be confirmed at least five (5) days prior to the event.
- This number is final and cannot be reduced.
- If the number of attendees is less than the minimum required for the selected game or party package, the client will still be charged for the originally booked number of guests.
- Any additional attendees will be charged accordingly.
5. Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
6. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the event. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or penalties.
7. Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
8. Discounts
- Any discount coupons must be declared at the time of booking and presented at the reception on the event day.
- Discounts included in the original quote cannot be combined with other offers or coupons.
- Quoted discounts may be voided if the final number of attendees is lower than initially agreed.
9. Damages
- Any damages caused to the venue, equipment, or property by event guests will be the responsibility of the booking client.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.
10. Booking Changes
- Changes to the menu, attendee numbers, or other details must be made at least five (5) days before the event date.
- Booking dates cannot be changed if there are 5 days or fewer remaining until the event date. If there are more than 5 days remaining until the event date, a date change request will incur a charge of 100 euros.
- No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend.
11. Outside Products
All food and beverages must be purchased from our cafeteria.
Bringing outside products is prohibited unless explicitly approved by management.
